Whether you are a new runner or in training for the olympic trials, we have the program for you. Our 100% personalized training programs are designed to optimally fit each and every member. As an Albany area member we will begin with an in person strategy session and assessment. It is here that we will begin to establish all of your running goals for your upcoming program. Realistic goal setting is a key component to both staying injury free and to safely obtaining your true potential.
Whether you choose to participate in a 5k, 10k, or marathon program each and every individual will progress along towards those goals in a different manner. Some have run many miles and competed at varying levels of competition. While others may be looking for guidence and support towards their first 5k race. Through a system of interactive web based running logs, phone, and email we will have an open line of communication to keep close track of individual progress.
